At Book in Bloom Co, your satisfaction means the world to us. As a small business, every order is packed with care, and we want you to love what you receive.

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and because many of our items are hand-wrapped or customized, certain products may not be eligible for return.
